Healthcare & Laboratories

Surveys for facilities where power interruption and compliance are the same problem.

Why infrared here

Hospitals, clinics and laboratories carry the reliability requirements of a data center and the documentation requirements of a regulated facility. Infrared inspection of energized electrical equipment is a routine expectation in that setting — for insurers, for accreditation, and for the plain reason that essential and life-safety branch circuits cannot be allowed to fail unannounced. We work around clinical schedules and infection-control constraints, and we write reports that are meant to be filed as evidence, not just read once.

What a survey covers

  • Normal, essential and life-safety branch distribution
  • Generators, transfer switches and UPS systems
  • Chillers, air handlers, pumps and steam plant
  • Envelope and roof moisture over sensitive spaces

How it is scheduled

Access is coordinated with your facilities and clinical engineering staff. Where covers must come off, that work is done by your qualified people, not assumed.

The two survey types

Equipment & electrical

Scanned energized and under normal operating load, because a de-energized panel hides the exact fault you are looking for.

Roofing & structure

Aerial thermal imaging maps saturated insulation so a repair can be targeted instead of the whole roof replaced.
