Low-slope commercial roofs, building envelopes and structural moisture. Aerial thermal imaging maps saturated insulation so a repair can be targeted instead of the whole roof replaced.
How an engagement runs
1. Scope
You tell us the site, the equipment list or roof area, and what is driving the survey — an insurer, a purchase, a recurring program, or a problem you already suspect.
2. Survey
We scan on site under normal operating load. Nothing shuts down. For roofs, the flight window is dictated by conditions, not convenience — we schedule for when the thermal contrast is actually readable.
3. Report
Every anomaly gets a thermal and visual image, a location, the measured temperature difference, the load at the time, and a severity with a recommended action.
4. Follow-up
Optional re-scan after repairs to confirm the fault is actually gone, and an annual survey to build the thermal history that makes the next one predictive.
