The Mountain West & Nationally

Idaho, Nevada, Wyoming, Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico — and further for portfolio work.

What we are usually called for here

Commercial work travels in a way residential work does not. A single-site survey inside the Mountain West is routine for us, and mobilization is a line on the quote rather than an obstacle. Beyond that, the jobs that justify real distance are portfolio programs — a set of buildings under one owner that need scanning to the same standard, on the same schedule, with results that can be compared building to building. That is where a small practice is an advantage rather than a limitation: the same thermographer scans all of them, so year two actually means something.

Typical scope

  • Single-site surveys across the Mountain West, mobilization quoted up front
  • Multi-site portfolio programs anywhere the scope justifies the travel
  • One thermographer across every site, so results compare year to year

The building, roughly what is in it, and what is driving the scan. We will come back with a price and a workable window.
