Service area
Salt Lake Metro
Salt Lake County — downtown towers, the west-side industrial belt, and the data centers along the Point.
What we are usually called for here
The densest mix of facility types in the state sits inside one county. Downtown is mid-century towers with original switchgear rooms and roofs that have been patched more often than documented. The west-side belt from Salt Lake City International out to West Valley is distribution and light manufacturing on large low-slope roofs — the kind where a moisture survey pays for itself by scoping a partial repair instead of a tear-off. South toward Draper and the Point, it is newer construction and data center load, where the work is nearly all electrical: transformers, switchgear, and the distribution feeding high-density racks.
Typical scope
- Low-slope roofs over distribution and light manufacturing
- Original switchgear and panelboards in mid-century downtown buildings
- High-density electrical distribution around the Point and Draper

Roofing & structure
Low-slope roof moisture mapping and building envelope surveys, flown where the roof area justifies it.
