Utah Valley

Utah County — the Silicon Slopes corridor, campus facilities, and manufacturing from Lindon to Payson.

What we are usually called for here

The corridor from Lehi to Orem has added a great deal of office and technology space quickly, which means a lot of buildings hitting their first serious maintenance cycle at the same time — roofs at ten to fifteen years, and electrical infrastructure that was sized for a tenant who has since been replaced by a denser one. Provo and the older southern towns hold the manufacturing and processing plants, where the recurring finds are motor and bearing temperatures and the connections inside motor control centers that nobody has torqued since commissioning.

Typical scope

  • Roof surveys on ten-to-fifteen-year-old office and tech buildings
  • MCCs and motor circuits in manufacturing along the south end of the valley
  • Electrical capacity checks where tenancy has changed and load with it

Where that includes

Provo · Orem · Lehi · American Fork · Pleasant Grove · Springville · Spanish Fork · Payson

This is not an exclusive list. If your site is nearby and not named, it is almost certainly still in range — ask.

The building, roughly what is in it, and what is driving the scan. We will come back with a price and a workable window.
